Cacao Nibs 250g

Cacao Nibs are a fantastic addition to many foods and are a great way of getting a natural source of Magnesium, Potassium and Iron. They can be used in a number of different recipes such as high protein muffins and are an excellent replacement for standard chocolate. Cacao nibs are pieces of cocoa bean. These cacao nibs are still crunchy, but they are not roasted, and so retain more of the flavour and nutrients.

The nibs can be sprinkled straight into desserts, or even onto your morning muesli or blended in your smoothie. You can also mix these nibs with seeds, berries (such as goji berries) and other dried fruits to make a delicious trail mix or combine into bliss balls.



Note that cacao nibs can be used in any recipe that calls for cocoa nibs! No added sugar: just pure cacao.
